The Lawyer Global Litigation Top 50 report is the only ranking of international law firms by litigation and arbitration revenue and is essential reading for anyone seeking to benchmark their litigation and dispute resolution practices...
This year, The Lawyer’s annual ranking of the largest UK law firms by turnover is available as an interactive, digital benchmarking tool. For the first time this will allow you to manipulate each data set against the metrics of your choice.
Since then, Eversheds has tumbled down the rankings, recording 26 clients in the period up to July 2013 – 10 fewer than two years ago. Norton Rose Fulbright, Berwin Leighton Paisner and Nabarro have been on a similar trajectory over the past two years.
Scaling new heights, however, are firms including Stephenson Harwood, Fasken Martineau and Kerman & Co. The latter impressively managed to increase its haul of Aim clients from 22 to 30 over the past quarter to put it in seventh position alongside DLA Piper.
Of course, there are thousands of Aim clients – perhaps it is more telling to look at which firms are advising the top 100? In this respect, Pinsent Masons has almost become a fixture. Addleshaw Goddard has also made a serious splash over the last few months, doubling its number of top 100 clients from three to six and bouncing up the charts from ninth to joint second place.
While movement in the FTSE legal adviser rankings has more or less ground to a halt, it seems that a good innings in the Aim rankings is still anyone’s game.
