Not only has Fitz reviewed his legal advisers this year - instituting a network of counsel, appropriately enough for a telecoms company - he is also getting stuck into the ABS revolution. BT’s ABS, BT Law, is designed to turn the in-house team into a profit centre and not just part of the company paying out to third parties.
