The comments piled in following the news that Hogan Lovells had taken on King & Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin (KWMSJB) PE partner Ed Harris in October, triggering speculation that Harris would take a team along with him.
Fast forward a few months and news that KWMSJB PE associate Leanne Moezi is following in his footsteps has sparked a fresh debate. But it’s not all hire hire hire for Hogan Lovells – as we said, this season’s must-have is a private equity partner. And US firms want in on the action.
