  • Lets hope Vertex put a bit of integrity into Cripps as well as legal expertise outside of property. Kent has a dismal choice of lawyers considering its proximity to London with Brachers really the only sensible choice if you want honest advice.

  • Just wait until the Bloods find out about this...

  • Are we all just ignoring the fact that vertex was formed when almost the entire corporate department left cripps to set it up? It is hardly a great merger, just the firm reforming.

  • If this doesn't put the South West Kent spa town on the map, nothing will!

  • An interesting question is whether the timing of this merger has anything to do with the retirement of Jonathan Denny as managing partner at the end of April. Looks like a sensible move to me. Well done Gavin, and good luck.

  • I note the annoymous listing at 8:23 am today which pointed out this is simply Cripps' corporate department reforming. If that is the case why did those individuals leave in the first place and what has changed, if anything, to persuade them to return?
