  • Regardless as to the merits of the basis of the SGM, to see the proposer being described as a 'dissident'; with all the allusions etc that follow, in the LSG is deeply concerning and can only reinforce the call for a secret ballot.

    I am sure that there are many in the claimant personal injury "industry" that would vote differently in a secret as opposed to an open ballot.
