Slaughter and May and Ashurst Morris Crisp have been appointed by Rotch Property Group as its "Level 1" advisers after completing the first phase of its panel review. The firms will advise on securitisation, capital markets, telecoms and IT work, while corporate and property "Level 2" work was awarded to Macfarlanes and Osborne Clarke. Memery Crystal, Salans Hertzfeld & Heilbronn and Julian Holy were selected for "Level 3" work. A further five firms will be in place by July, bringing Roche's panel total to 12.
