Krogerus advises on Deltamarin acquisition
Krogerus has advised AVIC International Investments on the Finnish law aspects of its acquisition of naval architecture and engineering company Deltamarin.
The transaction is valued at approximately €32m (£27m).
AVIC International Investments is a publicly listed company on the Singapore Exchange that provides shipbuilding project management and consultancy services.
Its parent company, AVIC, is a global Fortune 500 company with approximately 500,000 employees. AVIC is headquartered in Beijing and has more than 300 subsidiaries around the world, of which more than 20 are publicly listed.
