Spanish gambling regulator launches public consultation on betting exchanges and slots
The Spanish Gambling Authority (Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego [DGoJ]) has launched a public consultation in order to decide whether the national online market should be opened up to betting exchanges and slots. Any representations should be submitted before 5 March 2013. A final decision is expected to be issued in the second half of April 2013.
