Walker Morris launches latest Little Green Book of Real Estate

Walker Morris has launched its latest Little Green Book of Real Estate in ibook and ebook formats and a printed pocket-sized version.

The free book is designed to help readers navigate their way through the world of commercial real estate. It considers matters such as the ownership of land, the main provisions of a commercial lease, stamp-duty land tax and capital allowances and contains a glossary to assist readers in deciphering some of the more obscure terms used by real-estate practitioners.

The book is available to download now to read on the iPhone, iPad or Kindle. The pocket-sized book can be ordered from Walker Morris’s marketing department.

The ibook (for iPad/iPhone) can be downloaded from the iTunes Store. The ebook (Kindle) can be downloaded from the Amazon Kindle store.
