We are a leader in pensions restructuring, having set up the first dedicated pensions restructuring group.
Our distressed investing group, specialises in all aspects of investing in distressed corporate assets, from debt trading, distressed lending, and distressed corporate activity.
Our insolvency litigation group is well versed in all aspects of contentious insolvency work, as well as having significant experience in financial litigation, trust and security issues.
We are also one of the very rare experts in the specialist area of restructuring NHS and Foundation Trusts Hospitals.
The SSG identifies campaigns and solutions relevant to clients, borrowers, lenders and their advisers, focusing on:
