Matt Nixson has withdrawn his claims against Lord Grabiner QC, William Lewis, Simon Greenberg and Jeffrey Palker without admission of liability by any of those defendants.
Alison Downie, partner and head of employment at Goodman Derrick acted for Matt Nixson in the legal proceedings. Counsel instructed in the High Court case were James Goudie QC and Akhlaq Choudhury, both of 11KBW Chambers, at 11 Kings Bench Walk, Temple London EC4.
