    The comment that Judges should be more involved in case management is all well and good. What protection is there for the litigator whan the trial Judge reinterprets previous case management?

  • The above article makes the assumption that Litigants in persons who are unrepresented stand the same chance at appeal as those who are represented. The sad fact is that hardly any LIPs are successful at appeal. Most are persecuted for not giving up, but they are defeated from the start, having been badly let down by either their own and or Defendant's solicitors and court administration. The pay-before-entering and pay-as-you-go system in courts makes LIP's very profitable entities, to be exploited, ridiculed and robbed, not to forget, denied justice, in the merry-go-round, hide and seek game of finding justice.
