Goodman Derrick partner hosts dispute board workshops for arbitrators institute
John Wright, head of construction and partner at Goodman Derrick, will be providing two high-level workshops for members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. As part of the workshops, he will explore and address the issues related to dispute boards.
The first workshop, entitled ‘Concept of Dispute Boards’, will be held on 27 February 2013 at the H Hotel in Dubai.
The second workshop is part of the European Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators’ seminar on the ‘Role of Dispute Boards’. It will be held at the offices of the law firm Lalive in Geneva on 1 March 2013.
Wright is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and of the Dispute Board Federation. He is also chair of the board of trustees at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
