Walker Morris advises N 1 Singer and Cenkos Securities on Communisis share-placing deal
Communisis plc has announced that it is to raise £20m through a firm placing and a placing and open offer, subject to shareholder approval on 5 March. Corporate lawyers from Walker Morris advised N 1 Singer and Cenkos Securities.
N 1 Singer, led by Richard Lindley, acted as sponsor, financial adviser and joint broker to Communisis while Cenkos acted as joint broker.
Richard Naish and Paul Emmett, partners in Walker Morris’s corporate team, advised the firms.
Walker Morris previously advised N 1 on the placing and move from the Official List to AIM by Pinewood Shepperton plc.
