Olswang advises shareholders on sale of Napier Turbochargers to Wabtec Corporation
Olswang has advised the shareholders of Napier Turbochargers, including independent private equity firm Primary Capital, on the sale of Napier to New York Stock Exchange listed Wabtec Corporation.
Napier is an independent manufacturer of large axial turbochargers for use in the marine and power generation industries.
Stephen Rosen, head of private equity at Olswang, led the team.
