Corporate

Olswang’s Corporate Group advises on a broad range of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. Our corporate lawyers are regularly working on M&As, private equity transactions, joint ventures, equity capital markets and private fundraisings, as well as public company takeovers and IPOs.

While we cover a full range of sectors, we have particular expertise across technology, media, telecommunications, leisure and retail and real estate.

In our M&A work, we advise on both the buy-side and sell-side of transactions and understand how to get the best for our clients. We act for a vast spectrum of clients, including entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises, large multinational corporations, banks and other financial institutions. We are committed to finding the most innovative solutions for our clients.

Many of our transactions involve a cross-border element where we work with colleagues from our international offices. We have corporate lawyers in our offices in the UK, Belgium, France, Germany, Spain and Singapore, as well as close working relationships with a worldwide network of law firms.

In addition to our transactional work, we provide a full range of corporate advisory services from assisting with corporate governance to regulatory compliance and restructurings. We also have a dedicated company secretarial team.

We are committed to achieving the best for our clients on transactions and this is reflected in the 2011 M&A awards where we were named Law Firm of the Year and also won the Large Deal of the Year Award.

As a leading client relationship management firm, our aim is to become a trusted business partner for our clients. With a dedicated client team, we look to adopt a practical and commercial approach to every transaction, safeguarding every aspect of our client’s business.
