Olswang assists with £66m investment by US equity firm
Olswang has acted for INTO University Partnerships, a global education partnering organisation, on the acquisition by Leeds Equity Partners of a 25 per cent stake of the business for £66m.
This investment completes the first stage of INTO’s funding plans, which are aimed at providing universities with access to significant external capital to fund innovation and capacity building in the higher-education sector.
