Olswang advises on financing of TV drama production company
Olswang has acted for leading TV drama producers Greg Brenman and Roanna Benn on the foundation of Drama Republic Ltd, the pair’s new London-based production company, for which a first-look distribution deal with BBC Worldwide has been agreed.
The Olswang team was led by corporate partner Mark Bertram, who was assisted by corporate senior associate Katie Nagy de Nagybaczon, commercial associate Rachael Hammond and corporate trainee Sean MacKenzie.
