Chadbourne and Parke represented World Fuel Services Corp. in the acquisition of select assets of Multi Service Corporation.
The deal closed on 31 December 2012.
The Chadbourne team working on the deal was headed by partner Marc Alpert and included partners Scott Berson, Bill Cavanagh and Marjorie Glover; counsels Ken Johnson and Kessar Nashat; and associates Coleman Miller, Joe Ramadei, Jacob Martinez and Richard Wright.
