Krogerus advises SOK on share divestment
Krogerus has advised SOK Corporation on its 60 per cent divestment of the shares in Finnish agribusiness Hankkija-Maatalous to DLA International Holding, a subsidiary of the DLA Group in Denmark.
Hankkija-Maatalous employs approximately 900 staff and has annual revenue of close to €1bn (£858m).
The DLA Group co-ordinates wholesale trading activities for 32 co-operative and privately owned raw-materials companies in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and the Baltic states. It employs around 2,700 people and has annual retail revenue of €bn.
