Nabarro recruits for corporate team
Nabarro has recruited Jeremy Phillips to its corporate team. He is a partner with a strong international perspective who specialises in corporate finance and equity capital markets.
He also has significant experience of advising listed and quoted public companies and their boards in relation to regulatory investigations.
Phillips joins from Pinsent Masons where he was one of the founding partners and architects of that firm’s corporate practice in London.
