MOLITOR promotes Huppertz to partner
Martina Huppertz has been promoted to partner in MOLITOR Avocats à la Cour’s banking and finance practice.
Huppertz focuses on a range of banking and finance issues and has considerable experience in investment funds.
She advises local and international clients from various sectors on regulatory, governance and transactional matters. She also heads the firm’s German desk, working closely with German law firms and providing advice to German clients who have business interests in Luxembourg.
Prior to joining MOLITOR, Huppertz worked for several years in Luxembourg’s investment fund industry.
Huppertz graduated from the University in Bonn in Germany. She is a German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) and Avocat List IV. She is a member of the International Bar Association and the Luxembourg Investment Fund Industry Association (ALFI).
