King & Wood Mallesons appoints Stephen Minns as chairman of Australian board
King & Wood Mallesons (Australia) has appointed partner Stephen Minns as chairman of the Australian board. He replaces outgoing chairman Tim Bednall, who returns to his M&A, corporate advisory and competition law practice.
Minns joined the firm in 1986 from investment banking in Sydney and in London.
As well as his role as chairman, he will continue to run his practice specialising in public company acquisitions, equity issues and general corporate work.
