Ince & Co appoints new head of corporate insurance practice
Ince & Co has announced the appointment of corporate insurance partner Richard Britain, who joins the firm as head of our corporate insurance practice.
Britain has more than 20 years of experience as a corporate transactional lawyer in the insurance and financial services sectors. He advises clients on public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and joint ventures.
His experience ranges from smaller acquisitions and disposals to group reorganisations. He has an active interest in Latin America, particularly Brazil.
Britain will head Ince & Co’s corporate insurance team.
