Edward Hoare joins Goodman Derrick's Corporate Group
Goodman Derrick has announced that Edward Hoare has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate Group.
Hoare joins from Charles Russell, where he was a partner specialising in a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including M&A, joint ventures and private equity.
His experience across all aspects of corporate finance, from management buyouts to M&A and venture-capital-related transactions, is complemented by his specialist knowledge of the media industry and publishing in particular.
