Curtis promotes Gregoire Andrieux to partner in Paris
Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle has announced that Gregoire Andrieux of the international law firm’s Corporate practice group has been promoted to partner. He is based in Curtis’s Paris office.
Andrieux focuses his practice on domestic and international M&A transactions, particularly leveraged buyouts and other private equity transactions.
He advises private equity funds, founders, managers and other shareholders in their acquisition, fund raising or disposal transactions. He also has experience in debt restructurings and corporate reorganisations.
