Addleshaw Goddard invests in Corporate team

Addleshaw Goddard has added another senior dealmaker to its Leeds-based Corporate practice this week.

Emma Greenwood has rejoined Addleshaw Goddard’s corporate practice from Schofield Sweeney where she was a partner.

As a well-known advisor in the Yorkshire market, Greenwood brings a wide range of private and public corporate finance experience working with a client base that ranges from small- and medium-sized private companies to public companies.

This is the second experienced Corporate appointment by Addleshaw Goddard in recent months following the return of partner Tim Wheldon.

    Number crunching: Addleshaw Goddard

The past five years have not been easy for Addleshaw Goddard. The firm’s revenue fell 7 per cent from £173.1m to £161.9m between 2008/09 and 2010/11 and despite finances looking up in 2011/12, when Addleshaws reported a 30 per cent increase in net profit, it has shown no notable compound growth in turnover since 2007/08.
