Olswang advises Scripps Networks Interactive on food channel acquisition
Olswang has acted for Scripps Networks Interactive in its acquisition of the Asian Food Channel (AFC), a food-focused lifestyle pay television network in south-east Asia.
The Olswang team was led by partners Andrew Stott, head of corporate, and Elle Todd, head of media, with assistance from Singapore corporate associates Mun Yi Lee and Lucy Berry.
