Walker Morris hosts second Food and Drink Leadership dinner in York
Walker Morris has hosted its second Food and Drink Leadership dinner, which saw top executives from some of York’s leading food and drink companies gather to discuss key issues affecting their industry.
More than 25 key decision makers attended the event, which was held on 31 January 2013 at the Cedar Court Grand Hotel in York.
In his keynote speech, David Salkeld, chief executive at Symington’s, spoke about consolidation in the industry as well as the challenges and opportunities that food and drink businesses face. Open discussion under Chatham House Rules followed.
