  • It's possible that Beazley has not 'left the Bar' at all. He can be a partner in the law firm he has joined and remain a full member of the Bar, regulated by the Bar Standards Board, even if the law firm is regulated by the SRA.
    The headline should really be 'The Bar continues to integrate with Solicitors Firms'.
    (As we move steadily toward a fused profession.....)

  • Worth noting too that Hage Aaronson is not a partnership. It is actually a Limited Company and their “partners” are really shareholders and/or company directors.
