Chadbourne partner receives White Collar Criminal Defense Award
Chadbourne and Parke partner Abbe David Lowell has received the 2013 White Collar Criminal Defense Award.
The award is presented annually to individuals who have made a profound impact on the field of white collar criminal defence advocacy.
Lowell was chief minority counsel during impeachment proceedings against former President Bill Clinton. He has won cases in 17 states, argued before the Supreme Court, and successfully defended Senator John Edwards in a four-week trial in 2012 that ended in acquittal with the US Justice Department dropping the case.
He heads Chadbourne’s White Collar Defense, Regulatory Investigations and Litigation Group.
