NewGalexy signs outsourcing deal with India's MV Kini

Indian firm MV Kini and specialist legal outsourcing company NewGalexy Partners have joined forces in a new legal process outsourcing venture.

NewGalexy Legal Process Outsourcing will target international legal work with a particular focus on international infrastructure projects, legal due diligence and international commercial transactions outside of India.
NewGalexy, which was founded by former McGrigors senior partner Robert Glennie, will source clients in Europe, America and Australasia and pass the work to MV Kini.
Commenting on the joint venture Ravi Kini, joint managing attorney of MV Kini said: “We’re excited by the prospect of our lawyers expanding their skills and experience to work on projects and transactions outside India.
“By establishing this joint venture with NewGalexy, we gain access to their experienced team – both in India and in the UK – and access to the processes and methodologies which they’ve successfully developed and utilise in this area”.

MV Kini has over 150 lawyers in cities throughout India while NewGalexy Partners’ offices are based in Mumbai, Chicago and London.
