  • perhaps other readers might like to obtain a copy of former LCJ Lord Hewart's "The New Despotism" 1929 in which he forwarned of the arrival of a Minister of Justice.

Presumably a Minister of Justice like ALL OTHER MINISTERS is a POLITICAL ANIMAL who is "responsible" for the administration of justice, but as Lord Hewart points out, that used to be the function of the Lord Chancellor who was not an active politician. It was the judiciary who were responsible for the administration of justice. now it is a politician. watch events unfold. since our politicians have committed treason against the Crown and our English constitution
why should they care about a small matter of "justice"?
