Eight French lawyers have left their firms to set up a corporate boutique called Redlink, consisting of five partners and three associates.
It will specialise in private equity, M&A and capital markets matters and will provide a new contender in the crowded Paris legal market.
Founding partner Frédéric Fournier said: "We've chosen Redlink as our firm's name as it perfectly reflects the nature and business philosophy of our firm: developing and maintaining a close, consistent and permanent link with our clients."
Fournier joins from Deprez Dian Guignot Avocats along with fellow partners Hervé de Kervasdoué, Benjamin Louzier and Thomas Rabant.
