Eight French lawyers have left their firms to set up a corporate boutique called Redlink, creating a new contender in the crowded Paris legal market.
Redlink is made up of five partners and three associates and specializes in private equity, M&A and capital markets matters.
Founding partner Frédéric Fournier said: "We have chosen Redlink as our firm's name as it perfectly reflects the nature and business philosophy of our firm: developing and maintaining a close, consistent and permanent link with our clients."
Previously Fournier was a solicitor at Deprez Dian Guignot Avocats (DDG) and his practice focuses on franchise agreements, brand licensing, financing and insolvency procedures.
He joins from DDG along with his fellow Redlink partners Hervé de Kervasdoué, Benjamin Louzier and Thomas Rabant. Antoine Bolze, alternative dispute resolution partner at Redlink, joined the firm from Jeantet & Associés.
