New Building plans for Booth & Co

Plans for the future: major Leeds practice Booth & Co has released drawings of its proposed new office building to be known as Sovereign House. The 80,000 sq ft office is to be built next to the city's inner relief road and will put the firm in the company of other recent arrivals such as KPMG, 3i Leeds and the Halifax Computer Centre. Booth & Co – 41 partners and 480 other staff – has twice extended its premises since moving to its current location in South Parade. In 1993 it developed a new £1.5 million building for its credit management service which it will retain after the Sovereign House move.
