NCTM assists LVMH in the acquisition of a share in Marco De Vincenzo

NCTM has assisted LVMH, a French multinational luxury goods conglomerate, in the establishment, as a minority shareholder, of a joint venture aimed at developing the Italian fashion brand Marco De Vincenzo as part of a wider strategy to focus on young talents.

LVMH was assisted by an NCTM team led by partners Paolo Montironi and Pietro Zanoni.

NCTM has recently launched its luxury and fashion practice, an industry in which the firm claims it boasts a wealth of experience.

Among the most significant recent cases, NCTM assisted the Italian fashion house Krizia in the sale of the style business division, all the labels and the historical archives of the company to Shenzhen Marisfrolg Fashion Co, a Chinese women’s fashion producer.
