NCTM has acted as a legal adviser to Gallerie Commerciali Italia (GCI) in the transfer of 15 real-estate assets, valued at €635m (£535m), to an investment fund managed by Morgan Stanley SGR.

GCI is a chain of shopping centres and retail parks owned by Immochan, Auchan Group. The assets include 13 shopping centres and two retail parks: a total surface area of nearly 200,000m².

The NCTM team was co-ordinated by partner Luigi Croce, in matters concerning mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and real-estate law, and by partner Federico Trutalli and Andrea Mantellini for fiscal aspects, with the support of Alice Bucolo for M&A and Francesca Bonino and Katia Zulberti for environmental and urban matters.
