Nauta Dutilh launches IP practice with hire of P&T Luxembourg in-houser

Benelux firm Nauta Dutilh has kickstarted an IP and technology practice with the hire of in-houser Vincent Wellens.
Wellens and a team of lawyers join Nauta Dutilh from communications company P&T Luxembourg, where he was the EU regulatory and competition counsel.
Nauta Dutilh has been present in Luxembourg for eight years, but managing partner Josée Weydert said the practice launch enabled the firm to provide a more integrated full-service offering across the Benelux region.
The firm already has IP teams in Belgium and the Netherlands.
The Luxembourg government has focused on developing a regulatory and tax environment to attract technology companies, said Weydert.
