Nadine Bogelmann is a partner at MOLITOR Avocats à la Cour. She is the personal contact partner for many of the firm’s national and international clients in numerous industry sectors and supervises the work co-ordination with other departments of the firm.
An avocat à la cour and member of the Luxembourg bar since 1994, Bogelmann holds a masters in business law from the University of Nancy, France, and specialises in employment and pensions and litigation and dispute resolution.
Her languages include French, English and German.
Bogelmann is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Assocation, the Employment Law Specialist Association Luxembourg, the International Bar Association and the IBA Global Employment Institute.
She is also a lecturer at the Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg where she teaches courses in social security law and immigration law.
