Mary Bonar, head of Wilde Sapte's rail group for five years, has left the firm to join Nabarro Nathanson's project finance group.
The appointment is part of Nabarros' continuing expansion in transport and infrastructure work.
Nabarros' senior partner, David Bramson, says of the appointment: "Mary is a well-known name in the rail sector and the project finance market and we are delighted that she has decided to continue growing her practice with us."
Steven Blakeley, managing partner at Wilde Sapte, says the rail practice at his firm will continue to develop despite Bonar's departure.
Bonar, who was not available for comment, will also support Nabarros' growing energy law team, where she will work alongside, energy partner Robert Tudway.
