Nabarros acts pro bono on claims against BA" />Nabarro Nathanson is acting on a pro bono basis for the British Airways (BA) stewardesses suing the airline for sex discrimination. The Nabarros team, led by head of employment Sue Ashtiany (left), is advising 12 of the 14 stewardesses in their claim. Two more women are pursuing claims without representation. A decision from the tribunal is expected in the autumn. Nabarros instructed Cecilia Ivimy of Eldred Tabachnik QC and James Goudie QC’s 11 King’s Bench Walk. Malcolm Pike of Addleshaw Goddard advised BA, instructing Nick Randall of Devereux Chambers.
