Nabarro has issued a High Court claim against shopfitters Uno Group in a bid to recover more than £50,000 in fees.

In the six months between September 2008 and February 2009 there have been 15 writs issued by the top 50 firms looking to recover unpaid fees, six of them from Nabarro.
Managing partner Nicole Paradise said it was firm policy to manage debt efficiently and take action where necessary.
Nabarro alleges that Uno Group failed to pay invoices for fees and services supplied worth more than £53,000 since March 2007.
In addition Nabarro is seeking interest of £7,802 on top of interest running at £11.73 a day.
