Nabarro advises Indutrade on four strategic UK acquisitions

Nabarro has advised Swedish engineering company Indutrade on four strategically significant acquisitions. CRP, Micro Spring and Pressworks, Birmingham Specialities and ALH Systems have all been acquired by Indutrade over the last two months to strengthen its UK market position.

Nabarro has worked closely with Indutrade advising throughout the execution of their acquisition strategy. These transactions follow on from two acquisitions carried out in the UK and Ireland in 2013 on which Nabarro also advised.

Indutrade makes components, systems and services and is organised into five business areas: engineering and equipment, flow technology, fluids and mechanical solutions, industrial components and special products. The new acquisitions will be part of Indutrade’s special products business division.

The Nabarro team advising was led by head of corporate Iain Newman, assisted by corporate associates Gordon Anton and Sioned Bates, property senior associates David Crossley and Neil Dryer, employment senior associate Sarah Gill, pensions partner Anne-Marie Winton and pensions associate Chris Ransom.
