Music has court as venue

Guitarist Baron Joshua Henryck, of Sturminster Newton in Dorset, is heading for a High Court confrontation with MCA Music, Sony Music Entertainment (UK) and the Performing Right Society. He is accusing them of infringing his copyright in music called Sketch/Valse Prelude. He is seeking damages, an account of profits made from the alleged breach of copyright and orders that the companies and organisations being sued should hand over all infringing material.
