Helen Mulholland practises in clinical negligence and personal injury. She has developed a specialist clinical negligence practice and undertakes high-value and complex clinical negligence litigation.
Mulholland is ranked in Chambers UK for clinical negligence work (Band 2). She is an excellent strategist and uses her considerable analytical skills to the tactical advantage of her clients.
Mulholland frequently represents at inquests and is familiar with, and adept at handling, the coronial process. She is proficient in dealing with cases involving children and protected parties and accepts instructions in Article 2-compliant inquests.
As a personal injury practitioner, Mulholland has extensive experience of conducting complex personal injury litigation in her own right. She has also acted as junior on a number of cases involving catastrophic injury or complex matters of law.
She undertakes a wide variety of personal injury work including road traffic litigation, public and employers’ liability and clinical negligence and has extensive experience of motorcycle accidents and their resultant injuries.
Mulholland specialises in cases involving brain injury, chronic pain and cases of multiple serious injury. She acts for both claimants and defendants and accepts instructions from publicly funded clients and under conditional fee agreements.
