Mourant partner defects to BakerPlatt

• Offshore firm BakerPlatt has hired litigation partner David Wilson from Jersey rival Mourant. Wilson trained at Cameron Markby Hewitt (now CMS Cameron McKenna) in London before moving to Jersey in 1993. He became a partner at Mourant in 2000. A specialist commercial litigator, Wilson has experience in banking, trust and funds disputes, regulatory investigations, asset recovery, insolvency, professional negligence and shareholder disputes. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
