Morgan Lewis is pressing ahead with plans to open a Paris office after recruiting a 15-strong team from De Pardieu Brocas Maffei & Leygonie.
As exclusively revealed by The Lawyer (March 22) the team will be led by former name partner and competition expert Jean Leygonie who will head up Morgan Lewis’ French office, adding to the US firm’s European network spanning London, Germany and Brussels. The opening of the French office is subject to approval from the Paris bar.
Leygonie will be joined by three De Pardieu partners including corporate specialist Anne Tolila, telecoms and technology expert Florence Guthfreund-Roland and Francois Vergne, a labour and employment law practitioner.
