Morgan Lewis lures talent from rival and client

The London office of Morgan Lewis & Bockius has scored a double coup after recruiting the former head of Norton Rose’s IP/IT group as well as the general counsel from client Cantor Fitzgerald International. Richard Barratt joins the US firm as a partner from Norton Rose, where he was global head of IP and IT before a recent restructuring of the department. Former client Robert Falkner was general counsel in Europe and Asia for Cantor Fitzgerald International, eSpeed International and their European and Asian affiliates.
