Morgan Cole exit boosts SJ Berwin's ADR dept" />SJ Berwin has hired rated mediator Philip Howell-Richardson, head of Morgan Cole's alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practice. He joins as a consultant in August and will work with ADR team leader David Shapiro. At the same time, SJ Berwin senior partner David Harrel (left) is joining the ADR department, having recently gained accreditation as a mediator. Howell-Richardson's mediation experience spans 15 years. He mediates around 50 cases each year and has also been involved in class actions and international disputes.
